Online Security Systems is first and foremost a service company.  Our specialty is alarm/security systems.  Our customers are both commercial and residential, and our services include design, installation, and servicing of alarm systems, fire systems, video surveillance systems, and building access systems.  Our staff and crews are some of the most experienced in the area, and their attention to detail and concern for getting your project done to your satisfaction is one of our most important goals.   

Unlike other, larger/multinational service providers, we believe we have the freedom to be more selective in picking the best equipment for your project or home, and providing you with a customized solution at a fair price. 

Locally Based

Online Security Systems is headquartered in Irving, Texas, just North of the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport, and our crews service the greater DFW and North Texas area.  Online has both commercial and residential customers extending throughout the Metroplex and in counties extending up to the Red River.  Online also does projects in other areas of Texas, including San Antonio, Houston, Austin, and Corpus Christi.

In addition, Online Security Systems provides local alarm monitoring, something many of our competitors seem to discount, but which our customers find to be important.

Online Security Systems is fully insured and bonded, and is regulated by the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Texas State Fire Marshal's office. Our alarm license is B11092, and our Texas fire license is ACR-2383.  Online carries liability insurance coverage at higher levels than typically required. 

Our view is long-term, both in taking care of you as our customer, and in our growth in the North Texas area.  This is especially important within the alarm systems industry where company consolidation and re-organization has become the norm instead of the exception.
